FACEBOOK SHARING SPECIFIC RULES: To enter on our Facebook page: SHARE the Contest post for ONE entry (one-time only, additional Shares do not count). ELIGIBILTY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Must be 21 years or older to win as of the date of entry. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Entries will be accepted within the Promotional Period. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Knob Hill Golf Club to use Winner’s name, likeness, voice, photo, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only Non-Members or those who have never been a Knob Hill Golf Club member in the past may win. Employees are not eligible. Winner will be selected by a random draw. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within five (5) days following selection of winner. Knob Hill Golf Club shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [5 days] from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
